What can I expect of Junk Badger employees?

Many of our customers remark that we are friendly and fast. We will do our best to clearly communicate with you before we arrive, then work hard to get your job done quickly. We treat each job as if we are cleaning our own house, so you can bet it will be done right. Please don't fault us if we get sweaty, junk removal is no joke!

What items do you take?

If it is legal to dispose of, we take it. This includes appliances, furniture, construction materials (non-hazmat), household waste, mattresses, TVs, tires, electronics, and more.

What won't you take?

We are currently not licensed to collect or dispose of hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, used oil, batteries larger than a car battery, or asbestos containing materials.

How do you dispose of the items you remove?

We seek to be as efficient and eco-friendly as possible. As required, items like appliances, TVs, batteries and tires are recycled. Large furniture in resellable condition may be donated or sold. Clean sorted construction materials can occasionally be recycled at a resource center. All other items go to the landfill.

How do you estimate prices?

We use an estimate of volume to price your job. In other words, how much space will your items take up in the truck or trailer? Some items require an extra fee for recycling.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Venmo, or credit/debit card through our billing system – HouseCall Pro. For commercial accounts, we can offer payment terms on a case by case basis.

How soon can you book my job?

For larger projects we can usually book within 5-7 business days. Smaller jobs are often completed within 3-5 business days and many times on the same/next day.

Do you do contactless or curbside pickup?

Yes! Whenever we speak with you about your junk removal project we will gather information including where the junk is on your property. We can do an outdoor pickup and receive payment online.
